WORKSHOP & CLASSES
This workshop and following classes are for anyone who wants to build safety within themselves for deeper connection.
You will be guided through some simple yet powerful interactive exercises where you get to communicate your boundaries and practise saying 'no', 'stop', 'yes', and to 'give gratitude' in a safe co-created space.
The workshop is fully clothed and you are invited to only do what you want to do.
In the classes you get to practice what you
learn in the workshop and learn new exercises that are crafted to the energy of connection and expansion.
